摘 要:阐述了研究与发展立体车库的必然性和必要性,介绍了立体车库的类型,研究了多高层立体车库的结构特点,并提出了3种多高层立体车库的结构体系和平面布置形式;分析了立体车库的应用现状与发展前景以及发展立体车库需要解决的技术难题,主要包括立体车库的建筑与结构设计要求及制作安装技术、与各类建筑物相匹配的结构设计方法和构造、停车设施与绿化共存的设计建造技术以及编制立体停车设施结构设计规范应该重点研究的问题。结果表明:应该针对立体停车设施的特点,根据理论分析结论与试验结果,尽快制订合理的立体停车设施结构设计规范,指导立体停车设施的设计与施工。The necessity of research and development of three-dimensional garage was described. The classification of the three-dimensional garages was introduced. As to the multiple-story and high-rise three-dimensional garages, several structural systems and layout forms were presented, and the structural characteristics were studied. The application status and prospect of three- dimensional garages were analyzed. The technical issues of developing three-dimensional garage were finally discussed in detail, including architectural and structure design requirements, manufacture and installation technology, structure design method and construction matching with other types of buildings, the coexistence methods between parking facilities and greening in designing and construction,and the important problems that compiling the structure design code of three-dimensional garage should be focused on. The results show that the structure design code should be compiled quickly to guide design and construction of parking facilities, according to theoretical analysis conclusions and test results.
