摘 要:根据1根长大嵌岩桩桩底压浆前后的试验数据,对比分析了桩底压浆对嵌岩桩桩端阻力和桩侧摩阻力发挥特性的影响。结果表明:桩底压浆有效地改善了嵌岩桩桩底沉渣的受力特性,增大了沉渣的强度和变形模量,同时在水泥浆液压力作用下对桩侧泥皮进行置换填充,在一定程度上渗透、挤密桩周泥岩,增强了桩身与桩周、桩端整体的嵌固能力,嵌岩桩整体承载力提高幅度达14%;该试验研究成果可直接用于工程桩基设计,同时为类似嵌岩桩基设计施工提供了参考。Based on the test data of one long and large socketed pile before and after pile-base grouting, the influence on exertion of side resistance and end resistance was comparatively analyzed. The results show that through socketed pile pile-base post-grouting, the force characteristics of pile-base sediment were improved powerfully, which increased the strength and deformation moduli of sediment. At the same time, the pile skin was replaced and filled under the pressure of slurry mud, and to some extends, the soft rock around the pile is penetrated and compacted, which enhances the whole mounted capacity of pile and the whole bearing capacity of socketed pile is improved by 14%. The research production can be applied to design of piles. It can also provide references for design and construction of similar socketed pile.
