摘　　要：目的了解中研Ⅱ号抗ＳＩＶ感染及免疫保护作用。方法采用猴免疫缺陷病毒感染所致的猴艾滋病模型，观察药物对感染猴的病毒学和免疫学指标的影响。结果研究表明。Abstract The infection of macques by simian immunodeficiency virus is an important model to evaluate potential therapeutic.In this study,we tested the effect of Zhong Yan 2 on protection of SIVmac 251 infected macaques monkeys by using this model.Infection was monitered by virus isolation,SIV p27 antigen assay,detection of SIVmac specific antibodies in plasma and percentage of CD+4 T cell in PBMC.Our data show that Zhong Yan 2 has an attenuated effect on viremia of SIVmac 251 infected monkeys and increases the number CD+4T cell in PBMC.
