更年平调液对更年期大鼠自由基影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的为了探索更年平调液治疗更年期综合征的作用机制。方法选用雌性ＳＤ大鼠更年期模型４０只，随机分配到更年期组和各用药组（更调液、更年康、乙烯雌酚），每组１０只。设１０只青年鼠为对照组。观察各组血清脂质过氧化物（ＬＰＯ，Ｌｉｐｉｄｐｅｒｏｘｉｄｅ）变化，血中超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ，Ｓｕｐｅｒｏｘｉｄｅｄｉｓｍｕｔａｓｅ）和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（ＧＳＨ—Ｐｘ，ＧｌｕｔａｔｈｉｏｎｅＰｅｒｏｘｉｄａｓｅ）活性。结果（１）更年期鼠组与青年鼠组比较，更年期鼠组血清ＬＰＯ水平显著升高（Ｐ＜０．０１），而ＳＯＤ、ＧＳＨ—Ｐｘ活性下降（Ｐ＜０．０１），表明更年期鼠确实存在自由基代谢紊乱。（２）各用药组均能提高更年期鼠自由基清除酶ＳＯＤ、ＧＳＨ—Ｐｘ水平（Ｐ＜０．０５、Ｐ＜０．０１）、降低血清ＬＰＯ水平，其效果更年平调液优于更年康和乙烯雌酚。结论更年平调液治疗妇女更年期综合征疗效好。bjective:To explore the therapeutical mechanism of Geng Nian Ping Tiao Liquid (GNPTL) on femal climacteric syndrome.Methods:Forty female SD climacteric rats were randomly divided in to each group:Climacterium,GNPTL,Geng Nian Kang(GNK)and Diethylstilbestrol,ten rats each,ten young rats in control group.Serum Lipid peroxide(LPO)level,blood superoxide dismutase(SOD) and Glutathione peroxidase (GSH PX)activity were tested.Results:(1) Serum LPO of model rats group increased significantly(P<0.01);SOD,GSH PX activity decreased significantly when compared with young rats group(P<001).The result suggested a metabolic disorder of free radical in climacteric rats.(2) Three medicine treated groups were all able to increase levels of SOD,GSH PX(P<0.05 or P<0.01)and to decrease the serum level of LPO(P<0.01).The curative effect of GNPTL was much better than that of GNK and Diethylstilbestrol.Conclusion:GNPTL possess good effect in treating female climacteric syndrome,Its mechanism might be through regulating free radical metabolism.
