摘 要:目的探讨杨梅黄酮对高血脂小鼠的降血脂作用机制,为杨梅黄酮作为高血脂治疗药物提供依据。方法喂食高脂饲料建造高脂模型小鼠,以杨梅黄酮毒性实验为依据,按0.5 g/kg(药物/体重)灌胃给药,12日后,观察小鼠体征,眼球取血,检测阴性对照组、高脂组、给药组及对照组血清中血脂指标(TC、TG、LDL-C)。结果灌胃给药实验后,对照组与给药组血清中血脂指标有明显差异,尤其是TG、LDL-C差异显著(P<0.05)。结论杨梅黄酮对高血脂小鼠具一定降血脂作用,为其作为降脂药物提供依据。Objective To investigate the mechanisms of hypolipidemic effect of myricetin in hyperlipidemic mouse models,and to provide a basis for myricetin for hyperlipidemic treatment.Methods Mice were fed with high-fat diet to produce hyperlipidemic model.Based on toxicity study of myricetin,the mice were orally treated with 0.5 g/kg(drug/body weight) myricetin for 12 days.The serum lipids(TC,TG,LDL-C) of the mice were measured in negative control group,highfat group,treatment group and control group.Results After administration of myricetin,the treatment group showed significant differences in serum lipids compared with the control group,in particular TG and LDL-C levels(P〈0.05).Conclusion Myricetin has hypolipidemic affect in hyperlipidemic mice,which warrant its further study as a lipid-lowering drug.
