摘  要:目的:探讨电针百会、太冲穴对抑郁模型大鼠海马组织中NGF、BDNF的影响。方法:采用免疫组化法检测其海马中的NGF、BDNF,然后对各组进行比较。结果:抑郁模型组大鼠海马中NGF、BDNF浓度为67.68±6.35μmol/L,低于正常组55.10±2.24μmol/L,存在显著差异(P<0.05);电针组59.65±3.03μmol/L,百忧解组高于模型组,存在显著差异(P<0.05);电针组和百忧解组对比没有显著差异。结论:电针对抑郁模型大鼠海马组织中NGF、BDNF有一定的保护作用。Objective: To investigate the effects of electroacupuneturing aeupoints Baihui, Taiehong on NGF, BDNFv of hippocampus of depression model rats. Methods : NGF, BDNF of hippocampus were detected with immunohistochemical method, and then each group was compared. Results : The concentration of NGF, BDNF of hippoeampus in model rats with depression was 67.68 ± 6.35 μmol/L, which was lower than the normal group( 55.10 ± 2.24 μmol/L), there was a significant difference ( P 〈0.05 ) ; the concentration of NGF, BDNF of hippocampus in electro - acupuncture group was 59.65 ±3.03 μmol/L, that of fluoxetine group was higher than that of model group, there was a significant difference( P 〈0.05) ; electreacupuncture group and the fluoxetine group had no significant difference in contrast. Conclusion : Eleetroaeupuneture has some protective effect on NGF, BDNFv of hippoeampus of depression model rat.
