摘　　要：结合近年来联合循环发电机组设备性能考核试验中取得的经验,指出目前联合循环发电机组设备采购合同中与设备性能相关的条款存在如性能指标、性能保证边界参数、性能保证条件及验证方法、性能考核试验结果的评判及试验测点和仪表等需进一步明确的问题,给出了完善合同条款的具体要求及建议。Combining with experiences obtained from the equipment assessment tests of combined cycle power generation units in recent years, the problems existing in contract terms related to equipment performance for procuring equipments of combined cycle power generation units,such as the performance norms, the boundary parameters for ensuring the performance, the conditions for ensuring the performance and the method of validation, the evaluation of performance test results, as well as the measuring points and instruments used for tests etc. have been pointed out, the concrete requirements and recommendations for perfecting the contract terms being also given.
