摘 要:系统分析了神华国华太仓发电有限公司2×630MW机组烟气脱硝系统积灰的成因,如烟气灰中杂质、积灰吸潮板结、钢结构件氧化皮脱落等。指出了积灰易发生在催化剂上、下表面及横梁区域等处,严重的积灰造成系统压差增大以及催化剂过早失效。给出了采用真空抽吸清理积灰及系统运行需注意的问题。The causes leading to ash deposition in flue gas denitrification system for 2 × 630 MW units in Shenhua Guohua Taicang Power Generation Co Ltd, such as foreign matters in fly ash, moisture absorption and hardening of ash deposition, peeling off of oxidized skin from structural members etc. , have been systemtically analysed,pointing out the facts as follows:ash deposition is easily occurred on upper and bottom surface of catalyst,and in area of the cross beam, severe ash deposition will cause pressure difference in the sytem to increase,and making the catalyst to lose efficacy too early. Finally, a method of cleaning the ash deposition by using vacuum extraction and problems needing to pay attention in operation of the system have been given.
