摘  要:某超临界600MW汽轮机组存在1、2号轴振波动故障,对其进行了试验诊断,查明机组振动故障原因是由于调节阀开启顺序设计不合理所致。采取改变调节阀开启顺序的措施后,振动故障得以消除。Directing against the vibration fluctuating trouble existing on shafts no. 1 and no. 2 of one su-ercritical 600 MW steam turbine unit,test and diagnosis have been carried out. It is found out that the cause of said vibration trouble on said unit was due to unreasonable designed open sequence of the govenor valve. After adopting measures for improving the open sequence of said govenor valve,the vibration trouble has been eliminated.
