摘 要:某电厂5号机为上海汽轮机厂生产的亚临界600MW汽轮机组,在单阀、顺序阀控制方式的切换过程中发现高压转子振动明显增大,严重影响机组的安全经济运行。结合振动测试,分析了配汽方式对轴系振动的影响;根据阀门特性试验,优化调节阀开启顺序。采用优化后的顺序阀方案,顺利地实现了机组的调节阀控制方式的切换,并且轴系振动稳定,有效地提高了机组运行的安全经济性。The turbine no. 5 in one power plant is a subcritical pressrue 600 MW unit manufactured by the shanghai Turbine Works. During the valve switching process in control mode from single valve operation to sequence valve operation, the shaft vibration of high- pressrue cylinder is substantially increased ,affecting seriously safe and economic operation of the unit. Combining with vibration test, the influence of steam distribution mode upon the vibration of shaft system has been analysed. Based on the characteristic test of valves,the open sequence of govenor valve has been optimized. Adopting the optimized scheme of valve-opening sequence,the switching in control mode of the govenor valve has been successfully realized,and the vibration of shaft system being stabilized, enhancing effectively the safety and economic efficiency in operation of the unit.
