摘 要:对国华太仓发电有限公司(太仓发电厂)2×630MW超临界机组直流锅炉压差高且上升快的原因进行分析,确认原给水采用的全挥发处理工艺不适宜该机组。对此,通过试验调整,最终确定给水采用加氧处理,处理后水汽系统的含铁量大幅度降低,省煤器入口给水含铁量降至1.0μg/L以下,高压加热器疏水含铁量也小于1.0μg/L;与此同时,锅炉压差稳定在一相对较低的水平。实践表明,超临界机组直流锅炉给水宜采用加氧处理工艺。The causes leading to high pressure difference and its rapid rise in once- through boilers of 2 ×600 MW supercritical units in Guohua Taicang Power Generation Co Ltd have been analysed. It is believed that the total volatilization treatment technology originally adopted for the feed - water isn't suitable for said units. For this,through test and adjustment, it is finally determined to use the oxygen - adding treatment technology for the feed - water. After said treatment, the iron content in the water - steam system has been decreased by a big margin, the iron content in feed -water at inlet of the econo- mizer has reduced to below 1.0 μg/L,and the iron content in drain from the high - pressrue heater is also less than 1.0 μg/L,at the same time,the pressure difference in boilers is stabilized at a relatively lower level. Practice shows that the oxygen - adding treatment technology is suitable for being adopted to once - through boilers of supercritical units.
