摘　　要：针对国家助学贷款管理中面临的繁杂低效问题,通过信息管理技术建立国家助学贷款管理信息系统,就成为教育行政主管部门、各高校和经办银行必然的选择。伴随国家助学贷款的日益发展,国家助学贷款管理信息系统也日渐成熟。文章系统分析了国家助学贷款实施过程中存在的突出问题和当前国家助学贷款管理信息系统的发展情况,从明确和完善设计主旨、健全管理机构、建立共同管理体制、全程功能构建等方面提出了促进国家助学贷款管理信息系统可持续发展的对策建议。Miscellaneous and less effective problems that are existed in the national student loans management,it＇s an inevitable choice to set up the management information system of national student loans through information administrative skill for the educational administrative institution,universities and the handling bank.With national student loans growing,the management information system of national student loans is ripping day by day.Outstanding problems in implementation and the present development of the management information system of national student loans are systematically analyzed in this text.And make some suggestion of sustainable development for the management information system of national student loans from clearing and perfecting the designing purport,perfecting the management organization,setting up common management system,whole function constructing and so on.
