摘  要:解决"三农"问题,最终还得靠农民自己。在农民成为市场主体的今天,他们需要自主地辨识和接受信息,并依此独立决策。农民能否充分有效地利用传播媒介正确判别信息,掌握搏击市场经济大潮的主动权,变得十分重要而紧迫。因此提高农民媒介素养,尽快提升他们的信息能力,就成为解决"三农"问题的一把钥匙。It depends on farmers themselves to solve the problems concerning agriculture, rural areas and farmers. Currently farmers have already become the market players. They need identify and accept information independently and make decisions on their own according to the information. To make use of various media, judge and choose related information correctly and master the initiative of marketing economy become very important and urgent. Therefore, to improve farmers' media literacy and upgrade their ability of using information become the key to solving the problems concerning agriculture, rural areas and farmers.
