摘 要:在掺加不同含量BaSO4的条件下合成聚酯,并进行纺丝,制备出含BaSO4的聚酯(PET)纤维.运用现代动态热机械分析方法分析PET纤维在-100~300℃范围内的动态力学性能.实验发现,随BaSO4质量分数增加,纤维的储能模量先增后减,增至0.0186%左右时达到最大值;对于损耗模量,在玻璃化转变温度Tg以前,呈现出与储能模量相同的变化趋势,也在0.0186%左右时达到最大值,在Tg以后BaSO4含量的增加对纤维的损耗模量影响不大;对于损耗因子,在Tg以前,BaSO4的加入能提高纤维的损耗因子,但影响不大,在Tg以后,BaSO4含量的增加,能显著改变损耗因子-温度谱,其中BaSO4含量在0.0103%~0.0270%范围内,谱图里出现明显的双峰(不包括Tg峰).The polyesters are synthesized while adding different contents of BaSO4 and spun into poly (ethylene terephthalate) (PET) fiber with BaSO4 which are studied by DMA242C instrument in order to understand the dynamic mechanical properties over a wide temperature range -100-300 ~C. It is concluded that the fibers' dy, namic storage tensile modulus(E') first increases and then decreases, up to the maximum at 0.0186%. For loss modulus(E"), there is the same change trend with E' before the glass transition temperature(Ts), up to the maximum at 0.018 6% as well, and the content of BaSO4 is no great effect on E" after Tg; for the loss factor (tan d), BaSO4 slightly enhance the value of tan d before Ts. But after the Tg, the curve of tandtemperature is different from each other obviously. When the content of BaSO4 change from 0.010 3% to 0.027 0%, there are two different peaks(except Tg peak) in the the curve of tan d-temperature.
