摘 要:利用红外光谱仪、扫描电镜和X-衍射法等先进手段测试再生蚕丝蛋白纤维的结构,得出以下结论:再生蚕丝蛋白纤维中含有蛋白质和纤维素,其中纤维素的成分较多,特征峰与粘胶相近,蛋白质含量比较少,蛋白质的特征峰比蚕丝弱;再生蚕丝蛋白纤维的截面结构与粘胶接近;结晶度小于粘胶的结晶度,且密度法测得的结晶度大于X-衍射法测得的结晶度.The structure of the regenerated silk protein fiber is researched by methods of infrared spectroscopy(IR), Xray difraction and electronic microscope scanning. The conclusions are as follows: infrared spectrogram proves that the regenerated silk protein fiber both have protein and cellulose, but the components of the cellulose is high, the cellulose characteristic peaks are similar to the viscos; The components of the protein is low, the protein characteristic peaks are worse than the silk fiber. The cross-sectional and vertical structure of the regenerated silk protein fiber is similar to the viscose fiber. Its crystallinity is lower than the viscose's, and the result of X-ray difraction is also lower than that of the method of density.
