摘  要:对不同原料、组织结构、颜色织物的UPF值进行测试,分析纤维种类、织物结构、染色和后整理对织物抗紫外线性能的影响.结果表明:不同纤维种类的织物的抗紫外线性能不同;织物密度增大,覆盖系数增大,厚度增加,UPF值升高,织物的抗紫外线性能提高;随着染料浓度增大,织物的UPF值升高,抗紫外线性能增强;经纳米TiO整理后,织物的UPF值由15.9提高到48.3,抗紫外线性能明显提高.The ultraviolet protection factor (UPF) values of different fiber, structure and color fabrics are tested. The influence of different fiber, constmeture, dyeing and anti-ultraviolet finishing on fabric performance of anti-ultraviolet is analyzed. The result shows that: different type of fiber has different performance of anti-ultraviolet. The greater the density of the fabric and the greater of coveting coefficient and thickness, the greater value of UPF, the better anti-UV performance of the fabric. The value of UPF rises with the increase of dye concen- tration, and the fabric performance of anti-ultraviolet improved. The value of UPF rises to 48.3 from 15.9 after the fabric treated with nano-TiO2, and the performance of anti-ultraviolet is improved significantly.
