摘  要:为了研究振动轮下土壤的受力和变形特性,利用Ansys/Ls-Dyna3D软件建立了振动轮-土壤碾压模型,并进行了数值模拟分析和试验验证.研究结果表明,计算结果满足工程精度要求,表层沉降量和土壤竖向应力误差在10%以内;振动轮下土壤的竖向应力值高、能量密度大的范围近似为一个椭球体;土壤的竖向应力沿轮宽方向对称分布,距轮缘1/4~1/5处应力衰减明显;随土壤深度的增加竖向应力迅速衰减,近似负幂函数衰减.In order to study the vertical stress distribution of soil under vibration drum, the vibration drumsoil model based on dynamic triaxial test of the graded soil is calculated using Ansys/Ls-Dyna3D and some compaction experiments is also made. The simulation results is satisfied with the engineering precision, and the error of surface subsidence and soil stress is less than 10%. The higher vertical stress and energy density range is like an ellipsoid. The vertical stress distribution of soil is symmetry along the drum width and its attenuation is rapid at the 1/4-1/5 width of drum. The stress attenuation in the soil depth is statistically analyzed and the result indicates that to describe the attenuation of vibration acceleration by negative power function is reasonable.
