摘　　要：简要介绍了JW均温型甲醇合成塔在60 kt/a甲醇装置中的开车及初步运行情况。实际运行情况表明,JW均温型甲醇合成塔具有催化剂床层测温点多、温度分布均匀、运行稳定等特点。A brief account is given of the start-up and preliminary operation of the JW uniform- temperature type methanol converter in a 60 kt/a methanol unit. Its actual operation shows that the JW type methanol converter has the advantages of many temperature-measuring points in the catalyst beds uniform temperature distribution and stable operation.
