南昌市羽毛球体育场馆经营管理现状调查与分析

摘　　要：通过实地调查,访谈,收集文献资料,进行数理统计等研究方法,对南昌市羽毛球场馆基本情况及经营管理现状进行调研,指出南昌市羽毛球场馆经营管理中存在的问题,提出了要加强羽毛球场馆的硬件设施建设,加大促销力度,改善服务质量,重视科学规划,改善场馆分布不均衡的局面,加强场馆产业经济意识,完善经营管理体制等建议。By field surrey,interview, literature and statistic methods, the paper inrestigated the current situation of Nanchang badminton stadinm, and found some problems. The paper purposed some countermeasures, such as enhance the hardmare of badminton stadimn, increase sales, imprvre the service quality, emphasis on scientific planning, improve the management system and so on.
