摘　　要：本文分析了中文网络信息资源开发利用过程中存在的问题和制约其开发利用的因素,并对网络信息资源开发利用相关策略进行了探讨。This article analysed the problems and constraints that existed in the process of exploitation and using Chinese web information resources.It also discussed the development strategies.
