摘　　要：与地方共建图书馆,是我国地方性高校图书馆建设的新模式。本文通过白城师范学院与白城市共建图书馆的实践,论述了在经济欠发达地区,依托高校现代化图书馆构筑一种新的建设模式,改善公共图书馆因经费短缺捉襟见肘的现状,是实现"文献资源共享"的一种探索和尝试,探讨了公共图书馆和高校图书馆在文献资源建设上的差异,提出了与地方共享的高校图书馆文献资源建设重点与方向。To build the library with the local is the new mode of local university libraries establishment.Through the co-building of Baicheng Normal University s library and Baicheng Library,this article expounded the new mode relying the modern university libraries in economically underdeveloped areas,which can improve the status of public libraries that are lack of funds,and the new mode is a kind of exploration and attempt in realizing document resource sharing.The article still discussed the differences of the public hbrary and university library in document resource establishment, putting forward the focus and direction of raftversity library in document resource stmring establishment.
