摘　　要：在数字图书馆越来越发达,借阅一体化日益盛行的今天,基于借阅一体化平台上的读者日常咨询工作也越来越受到重视并被赋予了更多全新的内容。如何在数字图书馆条件下充分发挥传统的读者日常咨询服务,本文对此做了积极的探索,将其归纳总结为文献咨询、检索咨询、管理事务性咨询。并对其工作类型,工作方法,工作艺术做了相应的研究与探讨。Nowadays,the reader daily reference work based on the platform of the free interlibrary loan were paid more attention to and has been given more new content.How to make full use of the service,this text made a positive discussion,and classified it into literature reference,search reference and management reference.And the study on the work style,work method and work art was also put forward.
