科技查新工作中相关文献的认定与筛选

摘　　要：相关文献可因需求目的不同而有不同的理解,科技查新意义上的相关文献必须符合科技查新工作的要求。在科技查新实践中,检索时以查全为要,常检出无关文献,因此要根据科技查新工作的客观需求,对检出文献进行整理,去除不符合要求的文献;通过对检出文献进行逐一相关度分析,从中筛选出对比文献以供查新结论引用。查新人员要重视相关文献认定方法的研究,提高筛选的规范性;不断提高自身综合素质,增强判断能力。The related literatures can have different understanding because demand purposes are different,in the sci-tech novelty retrieval sense,the related literatures must be consistent with its job requirements.In the working practice,when accepting recall as the primary purpose in retrieval works,often picks out the irrelevant literatures.So according to the objective demand of the sci-tech novelty retrieval,reorganizes the selected literatures and removes does not meet the requirements of literatures.Through carrying on the degree of correlation analysis of the selected literatures one by one, screens the comparative literatures for the sci - tech novelty retrieval conclusion quotation. The staff who works for the sci - tech novelty retrieval must attach importance to the research on methods of the related literatures＇s identification, to enhance the normative of the screening, improve own overall quality unceasingly, and enhance the ability to judge.
