摘 要:目的:探讨新生儿感染性疾病时IgG亚群的变化及其在抗新生儿感染性疾病中的作用。方法:应用ELISA方法检测25例感染性疾病的新生儿和15例对照组血清IgG亚群,并检测了12例新生儿肺炎恢复期的血清。结果:感染组与对照组比较,IgG1、IgG3明显降低(P<0.01),IgG4明显增高(P<0.01),IgG2变化不显著。新生儿肺炎恢复期IgG3明显增高。结论:新生儿时期体液免疫反应,特别是IgG3在抗感染过程中起一定作用。Objective:To explore the change of serum immunoglobulin G(IgG)subclass in newborn infants with infection diseases and its effect in antiinfection.Methods:Using ELISA assay,IgG subclass was detected in 25 newborn infants with infection diseases and 15 controls and 12 newborn infants with pneumonia receiving second examiantion during convalescence.Results:IgG1 and IgG3 levels were lower(P<001) and IgG4 was higher (P<001) in infectian group than in control group.The Change of IgG2 was not significant.During convalescence,level of IgG3 was higher than that of acute stage,but there were no significant changes in other subclasses.Conclusion:The humoral immunoreaction ,espdecially IgG3, of newborn infants plays a certain role in antiinfection.
