摘　　要：科技资源是促进经济社会发展的一项重要战略性资源,近年来,随着"科教兴省"战略的实施,吉林省的科技事业得到了较快的发展,科技资源投入不断增加。在科技资源总量不断增长的同时,如何使科技资源得到高效、合理地使用,达到资源的最优配置,本文在分析吉林省科技资源配置现状的基础上,应用比较分析的方法,探讨吉林省科技资源配置上存在的问题和原因,提出科技资源配置的对策建议。Science and technology resource is an important strategic resource to promote the development of economic society.The strategy of invigorating the province through science,technology and education has being implemented in recent years.And science and technology have faster development.The input of science and technology resource has being continuously increasing.With the increasing of the resource,the problem is how to make use of existing resource efficiently and reasonably and reach the optimal allocation of the resource. After analyzed the allocation status of science and technology resource in Jilin province, we discussed the problems and reasons in it by comparing method. And countermeasure and propose about allocation of science and technology resource in Jilin province were brought forward.
