摘 要:本文在对特殊的创新型人才特点的归纳和描述基础上,指出了其与一般人才的显著区别和主要联系。并在对创新型人力资本的价值形成和定价过程的初步分析中指出,由于创新型人力资本的特殊性,其与一般专业性人力资本价值构成的重要区别在于,前者的价值由专业价值和创新价值两部分构成,期权回报是创新价值度量的最重要方式。因此,在培养、选拔、甄别创新型人才过程中,要充分考虑其特点,针对性地开展工作,努力营造有利于供求双方的市场环境,为更多创新型人才的大量涌现提供制度及交易条件。Basing on the generalization and description of features of the innovative talents, the paper points out the relationship as well as differences between the special innovative talents and the general talents. In the preliminary analysis on value formation and price, the paper suggests that, due to the specificity of innovative human capital, the impotent difference with the general human capital is that the value of innovative human capital is constituted by special value and innovative value. Options rewords is most important in measuring innovative value. Therefore we should take full account of the features of the innovative talents when we train and choose them. And also we should strive to create a good market environment beneficial to the supply and the demand and to provide the system and transaction terms for innovative talent.
