摘　　要：目的:探讨加快静脉药物配置中心配药速度的方法。方法:对配药人员进行规范化操作培训,观察训练前后配完同等药液所需要的时间变化。结果:训练后配药时间较训练前明显减少,配药速度明显加快,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:规范化操作培训能加快配药速度。Objective To search the PIVAS methods to expedite the dispensation of medicines. Method The time used before and after receiving standardized step training in dispensing the same amount of lotion was measured. Results The time used was obviously reduced after receiving the training. The dispensation was expedited（ P 〈 0. 01 ） , and the difference was evident. Conclusion The standardized step training is effective.
