摘  要:目的了解埃及伊蚊实验种群的生物学特性。方法人工控制温度、湿度和光照,幼虫饲料为酵母粉,成蚊供血动物为小白鼠。结果在温度28±1℃、湿度70-80%、每日光照11-12h实验室条件下,卵孵化率为79.27%,蛹化率为65.26%,羽化率为93.61%,雌蚊死亡高峰在第35~43d,最后死亡在82 d;雄蚊死亡高峰在第17~25d,最后死亡在47d。繁殖一个周期需要10-18d。Objective To understand the biological characteristics of Aedes aegypti.Methods The room temperature,humidity and lighting were mannul.controlled.Larvaes were fed by yeast powder.Adults were fed by blood of mouse.Results The Labo ratory rearing Aedes.aegypti,in temperature 25~ 26 degree centigrade;humidity,72~ 80%,illumination 12hours,The hatching rate was 79.27%,the pupation rate was 65.26%,andthe eclosion rate was 93.61%.Female mosquito mortality peak was in 35-43 days and eventually died in 82 days;Male mosquito mortality peak was in 17 to 25 days and eventually died in 47 days.A Breeding cycle was 10-18 days.Conclusion Providing scientific materials for future study of Aedes aegyptito by observation.
