诸城市2005～2009年外来妇女HIV感染状况分析及防治对策探讨

摘　　要：目的了解外来妇女HIV感染状况,探讨艾滋病防治对策。方法对2005-2009年外来妇女调查、检测资料进行分析。结果外来妇女感染率为1.46%,发现途径以专题调查、医疗机构外来妇女就诊发现为主。云南省占58%,文盲占47%,少数民族占48%。结论妇女在人类繁衍中的重要地位,以及艾滋病的性接触传播、母婴传播途径因素的影响,决定了做好外来妇女调查和HIV抗体检测工作的重要性。定期开展外来妇女专题调查是必要的。Objective Understanding of HIV infection status of foreign women to explore the AIDS control measures.Methods Analysis of investigation and inspection data of foreign women during 2005-2009.Results Infection rate of foreign women was 1.46%,The mainly found ways were special investigation and treatment of foreign women found in medical institutions.Yunnan province accounted for 58%,illiterate accounted for 47% and minorities accounted for 48%.Conclusion It is important of doing investigation among foreign wamen and testing HIV antibody.It depends on the important position of reproduction of women,spreading ways of AIDS and the factors of mother to child transmission.So carring out special investigations on foreign women regularly is necessary.
