多校区大学先进校园文化融合与创新——以湖南工业大学为例

摘　　要：多校区大学的产生,使得拥有多个校区的一所大学同时存在着具有不同特色的校区文化,因此,多校区大学都不同程度地存在着校园文化融合与创新的问题。在分析校园文化及其在多校区大学中的价值和多校区大学校园文化建设存在问题的基础上,提出融合和创新多校区大学校园文化的若干思路和对策。With the emergence of mult-campus university, there are various kinds of campus culture in a university which has many campuses. Thus, there are the problems of mergence and creation of campus culture in mult-campus to some extent. The paper analyses the value of campus culture and it＇s in mult - campus, and is based on the existing problems in multcampus university culture building. It puts forward several ways and countermeasures for mergenee and creation of muh - campus university culture.
