摘　　要：地方院校与城市社区教育互动发展经历了起步、基本确立、多项合作3个阶段,确立了较和谐的发展形式:地方院校利用自身的各种教育资源为城市社区提供教育、智力与文化服务,城市社区依靠其文化传统、人居素养、区域环境等对高校提供服务。但也存在着共享资源利用率不高、互动稳定性缺少保障等问题,应建立政府引导、高校主导、社区积极参与的多元管理体制,以有效推动地方院校与城市社区教育的互动发展。Local institutions and the interactive development of education in urban communities experienced a first step, basically established, a number of co-3 stage, to establish a more harmonious form of development： local institutions use its variety of educational resources to urban communities to provide education, mental and cultural services, in urban communities rely on their cultural traditions, Habitat quality, the regional environment, the provision of services in colleges and universities. But there is also a shared resource utilization is not high, the lack of security issues such as stability, interaction should be established to guide the government, university-led, community actively involved in diversity management system in order to effectively promote local institutions and the interactive development of education in urban communities.
