摘　　要：风险因素难以量化是武器装备研制风险分析中的难点问题,采用多级模糊综合评价模型对舰载多功能火箭炮的研制风险进行了评价,结果显示该武器系统的研制风险为较低等级。评价结果为该武器的后续研制提供了一定的决策支持,具有较高的理论和应用价值。It is difficult to quantitate the value of risk factors when analyzing the weapon development risk, The development risk of shipborne multi-function rocket launcher is evaluated by using multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. The evaluation result shows that the development risk of the weapon is lower grade, and would provide decision support for the development of the weapon. The study has its theory and applying value.
