摘　　要：目的了解南宁市防病工作管理及传染病疫情报告管理现状,探索科学有效的管理模式。方法根据中国疾控中心《传染病监测信息网络直报工作与技术指南》制定《南宁市疾病控制工作量化考核指标体系》,对南宁市各级医疗机构防病工作及传染病疫情报告现状进行调查。结果市级医疗机构防病工作管理优于省级医疗机构,乡镇级因管理不到位,仍处于较低水平。结论南宁市医疗机构防病工作管理有待加强,传染病疫情报告准确性有待提高,不断完善防病工作考核检查体系,推动医疗机构防病及传染病疫情报告管理工作法制化、规范化、科学化。Objective To investigate the current status of disease prevention and infectious disease report management in Nanning and explore the effective managing mode.Methods The current status of disease prevention and infectious disease report in medical institutions of different ranks in the City of Nanning was investigated according to the quantization examination index system of disease control in Nanning instituted on the basis of direct network reports and technology guide on infectious diseases monitoring published by Ministry of Public Health and Chinese Center for disease Control and prevention.Results The level of disease prevention management in medical institutions of city ranks were higher than of province ranks,and medical institutions of towns ranks were lowest level.Conclusions The quantization examination index system of disease control need to be strengthened,the accuracy of infectious disease report need to be elevated,in order to make disease prevention management and infectious disease report management in the City of Nanning more legal,more normalized and more scientific.
