摘　　要：目的对嘉兴市2001～2008年实施结核病控制项目管理效果评价。方法通过卫生行政部门干预,签定各医疗单位领导工作目标责任;落实结核病归口诊治单位初诊病人登记率,查痰率,痰菌检出率,规则治疗率,院内转诊率;非诊治单位疑似病人转诊指标数完成率,转诊到位率;乡镇卫生院、社区责任医生对病人全程督导管理率,控制病人失访率,业务知识培训到村和社区覆盖率。结果全市结核病新登涂阳病人发现率从2001年的12.83/10万上升到2008年的30.40/10万;新发涂阳病人治愈率从76.5%上升到85.82%。结论嘉兴市结核病控制项目管理效果显著。Objective To analyze the effectiveness of the tuberculosis control project in Jiaxing City from 2001-2008.Methods Through the government＇s intervening,the term-target responsibility system was signed by leaders of every medical institutions for implementing convergence tuberculosis cases-management,to control the rate of newly diagnosed sputum and sputum positive rate,to rule the treatment rate and hospital referral;non-assigned hospital don’t take the treatment but take the referral of suspected patients;implementation of full management for patient;to reduce lost and to train community doctors.Results The registered rate of tuberculosis increased from 12.83/100 000 in 2001 to 30.40/100 000 in 2008 and the cured rate of new smear positive TB increased from 76.5 % to 85.82 %.Conclusions The effectiveness of the Tuberculosis Control Project were significant.
