摘　　要：高等院校是知识创新、传播和应用的重要基地,更是培养社会所需人才的摇篮。高等院校要能全面、协调、持续发展,就要以人才市场需求为导向,以现有的办学资源为基础,并充分利用现有的办学条件,采取各种措施加快教学改革步伐,扩展教学改革视野,加强办学能力建设,培养与人才市场整体发展相适应的人才。University is the knowledge innovation, the dissemination and the application important base and the society to need talented person＇s cradle. University must be able comprehensive, coordinated, to develop continually, must take the personnel market demand as the guidance, take the existing school resources as the foundation, and the full use existing school condition, takes each measure to speed up the educational reform step, the expansion educational reform field of vision, the enhancement school ability construction, raise the talented person and the personnel market development adapts.
