摘  要:以鸡脚叶和正常叶棉花不育系及恢复系为材料,按NⅡ设计,配制2类不同叶形的海陆杂种,对不同叶形海陆杂种的产量、品质和光合特性进行了研究。结果表明:不同叶形细胞质雄性不育陆地棉与海岛棉种间杂种在纤维长度、产量和净光合速率上有显著的优势。与亲本恢复系相比,鸡脚叶和正常叶海陆杂种的籽棉产量分别增加70.96%和57.81%,皮棉产量分别增加123.60%和104.45%,纤维长度分别增加2.97%和1.02%,净光合速率分别增加23.30%和20.60%。研究认为不同叶形海陆杂种净光合速率较高,对于产量和品质优势的表达具有重要促进作用。Four hybrid cotton combinations based on cytoplasmic male sterility(CMS) system with different leaf types were made between okra leaf and normal leaf parents by NCⅡ mating design to compare the photosynthetic properties of different leaf type hybrids and to study their relationships with yield and fiber properties.In comparison with restoring line G.barbadense,the yield,fiber properties and Pn(net photosynthetic rate) of hybrids were significantly higher,CMS-based interspecific hybrid cotton with okra leaf and normal leaf were 70.96% and 57.81% higher in yield of seed cotton, 123.60% and 104.45% higher in yield of lint cotton, 2.97% and 1.02% higher in fiber length, 23.30% and 20.60% higher in Pn respectively. The study indicated that cotton hybrids with different leaf types had better photosynthetic properties which were of benefit to the expression of heterosis in yield and fiber properties.
