摘　　要：目的:探讨护理干预对人工全髋关节置换术患者围手术期康复的效果。方法:将148例患者随机分为对照组和观察组各74例。对照组给予常规护理;观察组在对照组基础上予以术前、术后护理干预。结果:观察组人工髋关节功能恢复优良率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预的实施对人工全髋关节置换术患者的疗效具有显著影响,提高生活质量。Objective： Discussion the periopemtion recovery effect of nursing intervention on artificial total uip replacement technique patient encircles. Methods ：148 patients were divided into the control group and observation group, 74 examples in each group. The control group gives conventional nursing, the observation group gives the technique, the technique after the control group foundation nurses the intervention. Results ： The observation group artificial thurl function restores finely rate surpasses the control group obviously （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The nursing intcrventiong implementation has the remarkable influence to the entire thurl replacement technique patient＇s curative effect, improves the quality of life.
