摘　　要：用户界面是影响多媒体电子地图集软件成功与否的重要因素。分析了现有的电子地图集软件的用户界面元素及设计风格,认为电子地图集软件的用户界面设计需要由表达功能为中心转移到易于被用户使用为中心。对部分常见界面元素的用户适用性进行了讨论,并且介绍了在现有操作系统的基础上如何设计和实现以用户为中心的电子地图集软件用户界面,最后举例说明了以用户为中心的用户界面基本实现方法。User interface is one of key factors that determines whether an electronic atlas software has good usability or not. Here the current electronic atlas＇ styles of user interface were analyzed and the elements of user interface＇s usability to different users were researched. And the center of atlas＇ s user interface design was thought to be turned to user centered from function expression centered. Then how to design and implement user centered interface of electronic atlas software on base of current operation systemthe was introduced. At last, an example was given to illuminate the methods.
