摘　　要：本文论述了再制造技术在国内外的发展应用状况,并通过对再制造工厂的大量调研以及对再制造坯件及产品失效模式的分析,得出了其失效模式主要为动载工况下的表面损伤失效的结论。This paper overviews the development and application of remanufacturing technology at domestic market and abroad. According to a lot of investigations to the remanufacturing factories and analysis to the failure models of the remanufacturing cores and their products, it is concluded that the main failure model of remanufacturing cores and their products is the surface damage under a dynamic loading condition.
