摘　　要：从经济法的概念、本质属性、价值、理念、基本原则以及基本原则确立的方法等方面来看,经济法的利益平衡原则应为经济法的核心原则。In economic law, from it＇s concept, the nature of property, values, ideas, basic principles and the methods of the basic principles established that the principle of balancing the interests is the core principle of economic law.
