摘　　要：当前人类赖以生存的环境正在急剧恶化,作为社会的一员,企业有责任在经营活动中贯彻环保理念。日本企业通过环境经营理念、行动方针及环境经营实践等活动,建立了一套较为完善的环境经营体制,实现了经济效益与环境效益的双赢,值得在环境经营方面滞后的我国企业界反思和借鉴。The deteriorating living environment urges enterprises, which are individual social units, to be responsible for environmental protection in operation. Japanese Enterprises has established a sophisticated environment management system which guarantees both economic and environmental effieiencies, through the implementation of the environmental protection idea, the development of action programs, as well as the environment management practices. Their experiences have important implications for the Chinese enterprises, who are lagged behind in terms of environmental management.
