摘  要:[目的]为探明组培过程中大花蕙兰原球茎增殖生长的影响因素。[方法]以大花蕙兰茎尖诱导的原球茎为外植体,研究了MS培养基浓度、BA浓度及培养方式对原球茎增殖和生长的影响。[结果]1 MS基本培养基适合大花蕙兰原球茎培养;在振荡培养时MS培养基中加入BA 1.5 mg/L时,原球茎生长良好,显著好于其他浓度处理;在液体培养基中培养原球茎明显优于在固体培养基中培养,液体培养基培养的原球茎鲜重和增殖系数均为固体培养的1.75倍。[结论]培养基配方为MS+BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L+蔗糖30 g/L且振荡培养时,大花蕙兰原球茎增殖及生长效果较好。[ Objective ] The aim was to explore the influencing factors on proliferation growth of Cymbidium hybridum protocorm in tissue culture. [ Method] With the protocorms induced by C. hybridum shoot tip as explants, the effects of MS, BA concentrations and culture method on proliferation and growth of protoeorm were studied. [ Result ] The results showed that 1 MS medium is suitable for protoeorm growth; during suspension culture, the growth and proliferation of protocorm were better in the treatment of BA 1.5 mg/L than that in other treatments. In addition, liquid culture was more efficient than solid culture for protocorm culture, protocorm fresh weight and its multiplication coefficient in liquid culture both reached t. 75 times than that in solid culture, respectively. [ Conclusion] The proliferation and growth of C. hybridum protocorm were better when the formula of medium was MS + BA 1.5 mg/L + NAA 0.2 mg/L + sucrose 30 g/L in suspension culture.
