摘 要:[目的]研究尾矿定居对白茅各组织生理特性的的影响。[方法]选取尾矿(污染样地)和未污染区域(对照样地)的一年生白茅,研究其叶、根、茎、芽和根状茎的生理指标。[结果]与对照样地白茅相比,生长于污染样地的白茅叶中叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量没有明显变化,叶、茎和芽的丙二醛含量和膜透性同样没有明显变化,而根和根状茎的丙二醛含量和膜透性明显增加。根和根状茎的(O-2.)产生速率和H2O2含量明显增加,导致超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性明显增强。但是,叶、茎和芽的自由基含量增加较少,与根和根状茎酶活性相比,其酶活性变化较少。[结论]白茅根和根状茎积累了大量的自由基,以减少地上部分的氧化损害以维持正常的光合作用,同时其地下芽体特殊的生理特性保证了白茅在尾矿上的正常繁殖。[ Objective ] The research aimed to study the effects of the stress of mine tailing environment on the physiological characteristics of I. cylindrical. [ Method] The leaf, root, stem, bud and rhizome of Imperata cylindrical growing on mine tailing (contaminated site) and uncontaminated area (control site) were studied, and investigated the change of their physiological parameters. [ Result ] The contents of chlorophyll and carotenoid of leaves in I. cylindrical growing on contaminated site had no significant change as compared with those growing on control site, and the MDA contents and membrane leakage of leaf, stem and bud also had no significant change, but the MDA contents and membrane leakage of root and rhizome significantly increased. The production rate of O2^- and H2O2 contents of root and rhizome in I. cylindrical growing on contaminated site had a significant increase as compared with those growing on control site, which resulted in the significant increase of SOD, POD, CAT and APX activities. However, the production rate of O2^- and H2O2 contents had a little accumulation in leaf, stern and bud, and the activities of free radicals also slightly increased. [ Conclusion] The results showed that I. cylindrical accumulated most of ROS in root and rhizome to protect the normal photosynthesis of leaves, and the special physiological characteristics of bud make I. cylindrical regenerate on mine railings.
