摘 要:[目的]为研究急性热应激提供实用可靠的小鼠模型。[方法]采用恒温热水循环对自行设计的热应激舱进行加热,应用生物机能实验系统等数显工具对小鼠肛温、舱内温湿度进行测量,并对2种舱内温度对热应激的影响进行了对比研究。[结果]该改进模型可使小鼠在18~21min内肛温达到41℃并形成急性热应激,并且动物肛温与经受热应激的时间具有较好的线性关系(r=0.9896,r=0.9826)。当舱内温度为40℃,进行热应激时肛温升高时间延长,但与41℃舱内温度相比无差异显著性。[结论]该模型研究急性热应激科学、准确、可靠、易重复易操作,是开展急性热应激方面研究不可或缺的模型。[ Object ] The paper aimed to provide practical and reliable mouse model. [ Method ] The self-designed cabin of heat stress was heated by the cireulation of constant temperature hot water and the rectal temperature in mice, the temperature and humidity in cabin was measured, at the same time, the effect of two kinds of cabin temperature on heat stress was studied. [ Result] The improved model allowed rectal temperature in mice reached 41 ℃ within 18 -21 min time and formed the state of acute heat stress, moreover, the rise of animal rectal temperature and the time of withstanding heat stress had a good linear relationship ( r = 0. 989 6, r = 0. 982 6). When the cabin temperature was 40 ℃ during heat stress, the rising time of recta/ temperature in mouse was delayed, but compared with 41 ℃, not showed significant difference. [ Conclusion] This model was scientific and reliable to study acute heat stress; Two kinds of cabin temperature all could be taken as the temperature of heat stress in this model.
