摘  要:[目的]评价Cd2+对中国蛤蜊的急性与慢性毒性效应,为研究重金属污染对海洋贝类的影响提供依据。[方法]以静水试验法进行急性和慢性毒性试验,用概率单位法求得Cd2+对中国蛤蜊的半致死质量浓度(LC50);采用黄嘌呤氧化酶-亚硝酸盐形成法测定SOD活性,分析Cd2+对中国蛤蜊的鳃和消化盲囊SOD活性的影响。[结果]Cd2+对中国蛤蜊的24、48、72、96 h的LC50分别为12.48、7.06、5.52、4.22 mg/L;Cd2+对中国蛤蜊的安全质量浓度为0.04 mg/L。在Cd2+质量浓度为0.422~2.110 mg/L条件下经过96 h慢性毒性胁迫,中国蛤蜊的鳃和消化盲囊的SOD活性发生了明显的变化,24~72 h表现为抑制效应,96 h表现为诱导效应,但仍低于对照组。[结论]Cd2+对中国蛤蜊的急性毒性作用较强;在Cd2+的慢性毒性胁迫下,中国蛤蜊的鳃和消化盲囊的SOD活性受到了抑制。[ Objective ] The acute and chronic toxieities of cadmium acting on clam (Mactra chiaensis) was evaluated, which provided a foundation for researching the effect of heavy metal contamination on sea shellfish. [ Method] The acute and chronic toxicities of Cd^2+ to the clam were tested in the still water, and median lethal concentration (LC50) of Cd^2+ to clam was computed with method of probit analysis. The SOD activity was measured by using method of the xanthine oxidase-nitrite reactant, and effects of Cd^2+ on the SOD activities of clam' s gill and digestive gland were analyzed. [ Result] The LC50 of 24 h, 48 h, 72 h and 96 h of Cd^2+ to clam were 12.48, 7.06, 5.52 and 4.22 mg/L respectively. The safe concentration of Cd^2+to clam was 0. 04 mg/L. The SOD activities of clam's gill and digestive gland were changed markedly under chronic exposure of Cd^2+ at concentration of 0. 422 -2.110 mg/L through 96 hours. Effect of Cd^2+ on the SOD activities were inhibiting at from 24 hours to 72 hours, inducement at 96 hours. However, SOD activities were lower than the groups of control experiment. [ Conclusion] The acute toxicity effect of Cd^2+ to clam was highest. Under the chronic exposure of Cd^2+ , the SOD activities of clam's gill and digestive gland were repressed.
