寻常型银屑病患者的外周血T淋巴细胞亚群和血清肿瘤坏死因子α的变化及临床意义

摘　　要：目的了解寻常型银屑病患者的外周血T淋巴细胞亚群和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平的变化和临床意义。方法采用流式细胞术测定了50例银屑病患者和32例正常对照组的T淋巴细胞亚群。用酶联免疫吸附试验测定血清中TNF-α的含量。结果寻常型银屑病组的CD4+百分率和CD4+/CD8+比值均低于对照组(P<0.01和P<0.05)。血清TNF-α含量与正常对照组相比较有显著增高(P<0.01)。结论银屑病患者T细胞免疫功能发生紊。TNF-α是一种与银屑病免疫炎性反应密切相关的细胞因子,T淋巴细胞亚群和TNF-α在银屑病的发生、发展及维持中起着重要的作用。Objective To investigate the variation of tumor necrosis faetor-α（TNF-α） and T lymphocyte Subgroup in peripheral blood of the patients with psoriasis vulgaris and their clinical significance. Methods The levels of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood were measured by flow cytometry and TNF-α is detected by ELISA in 50 patients with psoriasis vulgaris and 32 people in control group. Results The percentage of CD4^＋T cells and the ratio of CD4^＋/CD8^＋ from patients with psoriasis vulgaris were significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.01 and P〈0.05）. Comparied with the control group, The sera TNF-α from patients with psoriasis vulgaris were significantly higher （P〈0.01）. Conclusion There is disturbence of immunological function of patients with psoriasis vulgaris. TNF-α is a kind of cytokine closely related to the immune response. Thus, T lymphocyte subgroups and TNF-α play very important roles in the course of psoriasis vulgaris disease.
