卡托普利对老年陈旧性心肌梗塞患者心率变异功率谱的影响

摘　　要：为观察卡托普利对老年陈旧性心肌梗塞患者心率变异功率谱的影响，对２６例老年陈旧性心肌梗塞患者用卡托普利治疗前及治疗后８周进行心率变异性检测。结果表明，前壁ＭＩ组治疗８周后与治疗前比较，ＬＦ无明显变化，ＨＦ明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＬＦ／ＨＦ比值明显下降（Ｐ＜０．０１）；下壁ＭＩ组治疗前后各指标无明显变化（Ｐ＞０．０５）。卡托普利可提高老年陈旧性心肌梗塞患者心脏迷走神经张力，降低交感神经张力，这可能是卡托普利降低前壁ＭＩ患者病死率。To observe the effects of captopril on heart rate variability power spectral analysis in patients with old myocardial infarction in the aged.Heart rate variability power spectral was analyzed on 26 patients with old myocardial infarction in the aged before and after treatment in 8 weeks with captopril.The component of high frequence was higher(P<0.01),the ratio of low frequence and high frequence was lower after treatment with captopril than that before in patients with anterior myocardial infaretion(P<0.01),while the components of HRV power spectral were not changed after treatment with captopril in patients with inferior myocardial infarction(P>0.05).Sympathetic tone was decrased and vagal tone increased significantly by administering of captopril.This may be the major machanism that captopril reduced motality of anterior myocardial infarction and improved prognosis of myocardial infarction.
