摘 要:定义了一类比同胞资料更具普遍意义的资料——亲缘分组资料。依然按常规的单因素方差分析法计算该资料的组间均方和组内均方,而采用个体模型推导组间均方和组内均方中所包含的期望育种值和环境效应方差组分,然后直接根据定义来估计遗传参数,并论证利用亲缘分组资料估计遗传参数的充要条件。相对常规的同胞资料,虽然采用个体模型得到了与公畜模型或公畜—母畜模型相同的估计结果,但亲缘分组资料遗传参数估计方法的适用范围将更大。The relationship classification data with more general significance than full-sib data was defined. For estimating genetic parameters with such data, mean squares within and among groups could be calculated by using one-way analysis of variance method under the framework of animal model firstly, then the expected variance components of additive and environmental effects were obtained from mean squares within groups and among groups, then genetic parameters would be estimated directly by the definition. Meanwhile, the enough and essential condi- tions were also given for estimating genetic parameter with the relationship classification data. The method proposed here could be treated as a general from of genetic parameter estimation with sib data.
