摘  要:[目的]为冬小麦耐盐性鉴定提供科学依据。[方法]研究了2种氮肥条件对2个不同耐盐性小麦品种的氮代谢关键酶活性及籽粒品质的影响。[结果]N2处理的小麦旗叶硝酸还原酶(NR)和谷胺酰氨合成酶(GS)活性均高于N1处理。耐盐小麦品种的籽粒综合品质性状在N2处理的表现优于N1处理。[结论]小麦耐盐性不同,对土壤条件的要求不同,适宜的条件提高了氮代谢关键酶的活性,利于改善小麦品质。[ Objective ] The purpose of this study was to supply scientific foundation for salt-tolerant identification of winter wheat. [ Method ] The effects of different nitrogen conditions on the activities of key nitrogen metabolism enzyme and grain qualities of two wheat cultivars with different salt tolerance were studied. [ Result] The results indicated that the activities of nitrate reductase (NR) and glutamine synthetase (GS) in flag leaf of wheat in grain of the two varieties in N2 treatment were higher than those in N1 treatment. The comprehensive quality characters of grain in salt-tolerant wheat cultivars in N2 were better than that in N1. [ Conclusion] The wheat cultivars with different salt tolerance needed different soil conditions. The grain qualities of wheat can be improved under suitable conditions by enhancing nitrogen metabolism enzyme activities.
