摘  要:根据1961~2008年辽宁气象观测站的降水和气温资料,研究了辽宁年降雨量、季降水量和气温的变化,利用小波变换和一元线性趋势估计对辽宁降水和气温变化进行了分析。结果表明:辽宁年降水呈现减少趋势,各季节变化幅度差异较大,人工增雨在春季的效果比较明显;48年降水量变化是“稳中有降”,平均降水量减少1.3mm/年;平均气温趋于升高,各季节变化不一,平均气温为9.3℃,温度上升速率为0.34℃/10年,特别是20世纪80年代后期温度上升趋势明显;冬季温度上升速率为0.53℃/10年,对年均温度上升的贡献最大。The changes of Liaoning quarterly and annual rainfall and temperature are reseached by using'wavelet transformation and linear trend estimation, according to the 1961 -2008 Liaoning meteorological observatory of rainfall and temperature data. The analysis results showed that the precipitation in Liaoning province presents decreasing trend, and the seasonal variation amplitudes are quite differences. The effect of artificial rainfall in the spring mor obvious. During the 45 years, the changes in rainfall is "stable but decreasing a little bit", and the average rainfall reduced 1.3 mm per year. During the 45 years, Liaoning annual average temperature rises, and the seasonal change tends to differ. The average temperature is 9.3℃, almost rising 0.34 mm for every 10 years, especially in the late 1980s. Winter temperature rising rate is 0.53 ℃ for 10 years, which has the greatest contribution to the rising of annual average temperature.
